British Library Public Catalogue

We've been searching high and low for over a week now. We're trying to find a copy of Hugh Lofting's (Doctor Doolittle) "Victory for the slain". It's a 40-page poem he wrote and had published in the UK because of it's anti-war rhetoric. The book seems extremely rare but copies can be found if you're willing to pay bibliofile prices. We want a copy to read. An ebook would be ideal...no Gutenberg doesn't have it. While searching I came across this link to The British Library Public Catalogue. They have a copy of the book and can supply a pdf via electronic transfer. I only have to pay copyright and scanning fees. That's great news! Maybe they have that old tome you've been searching for.
